No core hacks
Everything we build survives an upgrade. If it only works by changing the core, we do not do it. We find another way.
ABOUT GUNNIE
Gunnie is a small Dutch Magento agency, working with Magento since 2009. No account manager between you and the code, no ticket queue, no quote that takes three meetings to get.
Four things we do not compromise on, even when it would be faster or cheaper to.

Everything we build survives an upgrade. If it only works by changing the core, we do not do it. We find another way.
02
A proposal without a measurable effect is a gamble. We measure before, we measure after, and we show you when it fell short.
03
Repository, servers, documentation: all in your name. Leaving us costs you an afternoon, not a migration project.
04
If something falls outside Magento, or your current supplier does it better, we say so. It sometimes costs us a job and more often wins us a client.
Here, the same people build your store and run it. Whoever built your store is also on call when monitoring goes off at night.
That makes it impossible to throw a problem over the fence to another party, and that is exactly the point. What we build, we run.
Started on Magento 1, the year the platform broke through in the Netherlands.
As lead developer at ChromeBurner: from Magento 1 to Magento 2, from one server with one administrator to professional hosting, and releases without downtime.
External developer in the team behind Gazelle's B2C stores. Working in a large team, with code reviews and a pipeline that builds every change, runs it through linters and SonarCloud, then deploys it to the servers.
For Acknowledge we built a Kubernetes stack tailored to hosting Magento.
Agents work on every client: they read logs, review every pull request and prepare tickets in the real code.
Everything we build, we also look after and monitor. Three services, one rate, no account manager in between.
Calling or emailing works just as well. You will know straight away whether we are a fit.
