Yes, from the Growth plan up. The response times are in the table above, so you can look them up instead of having to take our word for it.

Can we start with just an audit?

We would prefer that. We rarely start a project without looking first; it avoids assumptions on both sides.

Shared is for smaller stores that do not need a machine of their own yet; you can move up at any time without downtime. Bigger, multi-store or with heavy traffic peaks? Then Custom: separate database, search and cache nodes behind a load balancer. Migration from your current host is free with an annual contract.

We dig through your code, hosting, speed and checkout and deliver a report with concrete actions, estimated impact and hours per item.

If you carry on with us, we deduct the €950 from the first invoice. If you go elsewhere, they can start straight away. The report is yours.
